摘  要:目的:探讨Foxj1在大鼠脑损伤后的表达变化及其意义。方法:建立大鼠脑外伤模型,利用免疫荧光方法检测Foxj1在脑损伤后脑皮质神经元、星形胶质细胞中的表达变化,以及与增殖细胞的关系。结果:Foxj1在外伤性脑损伤后的神经元和星形胶质细胞中表达增高,参与了细胞的增殖。结论:Foxj1在脑损伤后的脑皮质有增高的表达,参与了外伤性脑损伤的神经再生。Objective: To study the increased expression of Foxj1 in rat brain injury. Methods: Adult male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into an operation group and a sham operation group. The brains were performed by stab-injury models. We revealed the cell location and the role of Foxj1 in cellular proliferation by Double immunofluorescence staining. Results: Foxj1 was related with MAP-2 and GFAP. Ki67 was in relation with Neu N,GFAP and Foxj1. Conclusion: Foxj1 is related with the neurogenesis outcome of brain injury.
