摘　　要：目的探讨中药SC-4复合香精油治疗白血病的机理。方法采用中草药山苍子为主的药物提取SC-4复合香精油,以非挥发性砒霜(三氧化二砷)作平行对照,作用于HL-60细胞24h,观察HL-60细胞生长状况,再以MTT法最佳实验条件观察SC-4复合香精油诱导HL-60细胞发生的变化,揭示SC-4复合香精油对白血病的作用机制。结果 SC-4复合香精油能破坏核膜,进入核内,能显著使HL-60细胞产生凋亡,其剂量与细胞凋亡呈线性关系。结论 SC-4复合香精油具有抗HL-60细胞病的作用。Objective To explore the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine SC- 4 compound essential oil for treating leukemia.Methods Adopt SC- 4 compound essential oil extracted from the fruit of cubeblitsea tree,contrast with the volatile arsenic in paralleled way and act it on HL- 60 cells for 24 hours. Examine the growth of HL- 60 cells through parallel control of non- volatile arsenic. Examine the changes induced by the fruit of cubeb litsea tree essential oil to the HL- 60 cells by the means of MTT in its best experimental conditions so as to reveal the effect that the compound essential oil such as the fruit of cubeb litsea tree has on leukemia. Results SC- 4 compound essential oil can damage the nuclear memberane and enter the nucleus to make a significant apoptosis in HL- 60 cells,and apoptosis has an liear relationship with the dose. Conclution SC- 4 complex essential oil has an effect on anti- HL- 60 cell diease.
