苦参汤加减联合熊珍栓治疗内外痔疼痛的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察苦参汤加减联合熊珍栓治疗内外痔疼痛的临床疗效。方法将内外痔患者76例随机分为治疗组与对照组各38例。对照组给用熊珍栓,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予苦参汤加减方熏洗。比较两组患者临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为97.4%,明显高于对照组86.8%(P<0.05)。两组VAS评分比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率分别为21.1%,15.8%,无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论苦参汤加减联合熊珍栓治疗内外痔疼痛,可以提高临床有效率,减少VAS评分,且不增加不良反应的发生率,安全有效,有临床推广应用的价值。Objective To observe the clinical effects of Kushen modified decoction combined with Xiongzhenshuan in treatment of internal/external hemorrhoids pain. Methods 76 cases of patients with internal/external hemorrhoids were randomly divided into treatment group and control group（ n = 38）. The control group received Xiongzhenshuan,the treatment group received Kushen modified decoction wash on the basis of the control group. Compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 97.4%（ 37 /38）,significantly higher than 86. 8%（ 33 /38） of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The VAS scores of the two groups had significant differences（ t = 2. 104,2. 073,2. 104,2. 073; P〈0. 05）. The incidence of adverse reactions of both groups were 21. 1%（ 8 /38）,15.8%（ 6 /38） without significant differences（ x2 = 0. 350,P〈0. 350）. Conclusion Kushen modified decoction combined with Xiongzhenshuan in treatment of internal/external hemorrhoids pain can improve the clinical effective rate,reduce VAS score without increasing the incidence of adverse reactions,is safe and effective,has a value of clinical application.
