C型臂引导下微创介入联合整脊疗法及核心肌群稳定性训练治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察C型臂引导下微创介入联合整脊疗法及核心肌群稳定性训练治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效。方法选取200例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为两组,治疗组100例采用C型臂引导下靶点射频热凝术联合臭氧消融术联合整脊疗法及核心肌群稳定性训练治疗,对照组100例采用C型臂引导下靶点射频热凝术联合臭氧消融术治疗。对比两组患者临床疗效,以及治疗前后日本骨科学会改良腰痛评分法(M-JOA)、视觉模拟评分(VAS)。结果两组患者治疗后M-JOA评分、VAS评分较治疗前均降低,且治疗组患者的M-JOA评分、VAS评分低于对照组患者,治疗组和对照组患者的的临床总有效率分别为95.00%和77.00%,治疗组高于对照组,差异统计学具有意义(P<0.05)。结论给予腰椎间盘突出症患者C型臂引导下靶点射频热凝术联合臭氧消融术联合整脊疗法及核心肌群稳定性训练治疗的临床疗效较佳,能够降低患者的疼痛感。Objective To investigate the curative effect of minimally invasive guided by C- arm combined with spine- massage therapy and core muscle stability training on protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc. Methods 200 cases of patients with protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,100 cases in each group. The treatment group received C- arm to guide target radiofrequency ablation surgery combined with ozone ablation and core muscle stability training,the control group were treated with target radiofrequency ablation surgery guided by C- arm combined with ozone ablation. Lumbago modified Japanese Orthopaedic Association score（ M- JOA）,visual analogue scale（ VAS） and clinical efficacy of two groups were determined. Results M- JOA scores and VAS scores of two groups significantly decreased after treatment with significant differences（ P〈0. 05）. The total effective rate of two groups were 95. 00% and 77. 00% with significant differences（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Treating with lumbar disc herniation guided C- arm target radiofrequency ablation combined operation combined with ozone therapy,spine massage and core muscles stability training therapy can get better clinical efficacy and reduce the pain of patients.
