头穴透刺配合电针治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察头穴透刺配合电针上段颈夹脊穴治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕的临床疗效。方法将30例椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕患者随机分为两组,每组各30例。治疗组采用头穴透刺配合电针上段颈夹脊穴治疗,对照组采用常规针刺治疗,连续治疗2个疗程后评定疗效。结果治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后眩晕评分呈下降趋势(P<0.05),治疗组下降更为明显(P<0.05)。结论头穴透刺配合电针上段颈夹脊穴治疗椎动脉型,疗效显著,为临床提供一种有效治疗方法。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of scalp penetration acupuncture combined with electric acupuncture on Jiaji acupoint in treatment of vertebral- basilar artery insufficiency vertigo. Methods 30 cases of vertebral- basilar artery insufficiency vertigo patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group. The treatment group received scalp penetration acupuncture combined with electric acupuncture on Jiaji acupoint therapy,the control group received routine acupuncture treatment,continuous treatment effects were evaluated after 2 courses. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 91. 4%,signficantly higher than 74. 0% of the control group（ P〈0. 05）; the vertigo scores after treatment of both groups decreased,the decrease of treatment goup was more obvious than control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Scalp penetration acupuncture combined with electrlc acupuncture on Jiaji acupoint in treatment of vertebral artery is significant effective,can provide an effective method in clinical application.
