舒尔经胶囊配合穴位埋线治疗气滞血瘀型原发性痛经的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察舒尔经胶囊配合穴位埋线治疗气滞血瘀型原发性痛经患者疗效。方法 75例气滞血瘀型原发性痛经患者随机分为两组,治疗组35例采用舒尔经胶囊配合穴位埋线治疗,对照组40例给予单纯采用穴位埋线治疗,治疗结束后进行疗效比较。结果治疗组痊愈率优于对照组(P<0.05),两组治疗前后痛经症状积分比较,差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论舒尔经胶囊配合穴位埋线对气滞血瘀型原发性痛经有良好的疗效。Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Shuerjing capsule combined with acupoint catgut embedding on qi and blood stasis type of primary dysmenorrhea. Methods 75 cases of qi and blood stasis type of primary dysmenorrhea were randomly divided into 2 groups. 35 cases of the treatment group received Shuerjing Capsule combined with acupoint catgut embedding,40 cases of control group received acupoint catgut embedding therapy. The clinical curative effects were evaluated after treatment. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was better than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Shuerjing Capsule combined with acupoint catgut embedding has good effect on qi and blood stasis type of primary dysmenorrhea.
