三叉神经电刺激治疗难治性癫痫的研究新进展

摘　　要：目的随着新型技术的不断发展,三叉神经电刺激等技术逐渐在临床得到开展。虽然目前对三叉神经电刺激的作用机制尚不十分清楚,但实验及临床研究均证实其在治疗难治性癫痫患者中有着较好的效果。对就近年来三叉神经电刺激治疗难治性癫痫的机制及其联合西药治疗进展进行综述,为难治性癫痫的进一步治疗提供依据。Objective With the development of new technology,the technology of trigeminal nerve stimulation is gradually developing.Although the mechanism of trigeminal nerve stimulation is not very clear,the experimental and clinical studies have demonstrated that it is effective in treatment of intractable epilepsy. In this paper,the mechanism of trigeminal nerve stimulation on intractable epilepsy and the recent progress of it combined with western medicine were reviewed.
