湖北省2013年度县及县以上中医医院统计科室和人员现状分析

摘　　要：基于2013年度湖北省县及县以上中医医院综合统计年报统计科室人员上报情况,对湖北省县及县以上中医医院统计科室设置,统计人员学历、专业、职称、年龄及人员配备情况进行现状分析,发现湖北省91家中医医院中存在统计科室建设不健全、统计人员整体素质偏低、统计人员配备不足、领导对统计工作不够重视等问题,需要加强对统计工作重要性的认识,建立健全统计科室,提高统计人员专业素质与业务水平。Based on statistical department and personnel data of county and county above 91 hospital of traditional Chinese medicine in Hubei province,this paper aims to analyse the situation of statistical department settings and education background,major,professional title,age and the quantity of statisticians. Some problems are found such as the imperfection of the construction of statistical department,low quality and insufficient quantity of statistician and the inadequate of the leaders. It is urge to strengthen awareness of the importance of statistic,establish and improve statistical department,professional quality and level of statistician.
