摘　　要：两万五千里长征征程,各级党组织和红军各部队在陌生的环境中,根据群众工作对象的新情况,积极寻找新的工作思路,创新群众工作方法,为长征胜利奠定坚实的群众基础。长征胜利也是党的群众工作的胜利,长征中的群众工作经验在今天仍然具有重要价值,值得我们学习和借鉴。In the Long March of more than ten thousand kilometers,the party organizations of all levels and the troops of the Red Army,in the unfamiliar environment and according to the new conditions of the objects of the mass work,actively found out new thinking and created new methods of mass work,thus laying a solid foundation for the victory of the Long March. The victory of the Long March was also the victory of the Party＇s mass work,and the experiences of mass work in the Long March still have important reference value nowadays.
