摘　　要：提出云计算的选择模型,以期帮助中小企业做出初步云计算选型判断。首先介绍了云计算的基本概念和常用模型,其次从工作负载角度分析了云计算服务部署组合的适用场景,在此基础上,结合专家访谈,建立了云计算服务部署的选择模型,最后给出了应用案例以验证模型的合理性。The goal of this paper is to set up a simple selection model of cloud computing for SMEs （Small and Medium size Enterprises）,and help them make quick decisions. First of all, it introduced the basic definition and the common model of cloud computing. Then, based on workloads in enterprises, application scenarios of cloud service and deployment model are discussed. Next, the selection model of cloud was set up based on expert interviews. Finally, an application case was given to approve the feasibility of the selection model.
