摘　　要：目的 研制适合我国不同经济水平社区的老年健康综合评估工具,并评价其信度和效度。方法 通过文献回顾和专家特尔菲咨询法,结合我国国情研制社区老年健康综合评估量表。抽取北京市城市、城乡结合部和农村3类不同经济水平社区的老年人,对量表进行信度和效度检验。其中信度检验采用分半信度和克朗巴赫α系数,效度检验包括表面效度、内容效度和结构效度,其中采用因子分析法检验结构效度。结果 量表的信度检验,分半信度系数为0.706,克朗巴赫α系数为0.652,各维度α系数为0.579～0.974。量表表面效度良好,内容效度各条目相关系数均约〉0.5,且各条目与所属维度相关性有统计学意义。结构效度的检验结果显示,KMO值为0.614,Bartlett球形检验P〈0.001。因子分析提取6个因子,负荷矩阵显示量表的结构效度良好。结论 本研究研发的社区老年人群健康综合评估量表的信度、效度较好。Objective To evaluate the reliability and validity of a comprehensive geriatric assessment tool set for community elderly.Methods A sample of 574 community elderly（231 males, 343 females） aged 60 to 94 years, were included in the study.Split-half reliability and Chronbach＇s α coefficient were used to test the reliability, with Face validity tested by Delphi method.Construct validity was tested, using the Factor Reliability.Results The split-half reliability coefficient appeared as 0.706.The Chronbach＇s α coefficient was 0.652 for the whole questionnaire.The authority coefficient was 0.876, and the Kendall coefficient was 0.408（P〈0.001）.Six factors were identified through factor analysis and the factor loading matrix showed that the construct validity was good.Conclusion The tool was recognized as a reliable and validated measure for the comprehensive assessment on community elderly.
