摘  要:通过光学显微镜、SEM、拉伸试验检测手段研究高能脉冲电流处理后GCr15钢的显微组织及力学性能的变化。结果表明,由于高能脉冲电流处理能提高奥氏体形核率以及控制长大的共同作用,原始奥氏体晶粒以及马氏体组织均得到细化,出现隐针马氏体。同时由于脉冲电流促进碳化物的析出,提高了碳化物的析出量。与传统热处理的GCr15钢相比,高能脉冲电流处理后具有更好的力学性能,抗拉强度和伸长率均得到提高,而且耐磨性也有一定改善。Microstructure and mechanical properties of GCr15 steel after high-density pulse current treatment were investigated by using optical microscope,SEM and tensile testing machine. The results show that high-density pulse current treatment can increase the nucleation rate of austenite and control its growth,so the original austenite grains and martensite can be refined,and some cryptocrystalline martensite appears. At the same time,the pulse current treatment can promote the precipitates of carbides,and increase the amount of carbides precipitation. Compared with the conventional heat treatment,the mechanical properties are significantly improved by high-density pulse current treatment with optimized parameters,the tensile strength,elongation and wear resistance of GCr15 steel are all increased.
