摘  要:为了分析球罐焊后整体热处理工艺过程,研究球罐整体热处理对焊后残余应力应变的影响,优化球罐安装过程工艺。根据三带桔瓣式球罐结构和燃油整体热处理法的特点,在球罐组焊模拟完成的情况下,建立了球罐整体热处理和球罐组焊一体化模型。获得了球罐整体热处理后的应力应变场,分析了球罐整体热处理对焊后畸变和残余应力的影响。结果表明:球罐整体热处理完成后,焊接畸变与焊接残余应力分布与焊后基本相同,但热处理后,随着塑性变形增加,残余应力峰值下降并趋于均匀。In order to investigate entire heat treatment procedure and study its influence on the welding residual stress and strain of spherical tank,an integrative finite element mode including welding procedure and post weld entire heat treatment procedure of spherical based on the structure feature of three zones spherical tank was developed. The stress and strain field of welding and entire heat treatment procedure of spherical tank was finally attained. The effect of post weld entire heat treatment procedure on of residual welding stress and strain of spherical tank was discussed. The results show that the distributions of stress and strain after post weld heat treatment are almost as the same as the welded state,however,after heat treatment,the plastic distortion increases and the peak values of residual stress decrease and become uniform.
