网络狂欢事件演绎路径及调控模式研究——以“洛阳交警西安抓贼反被关”事件为例

摘　　要：[目的/意义]随着互联网技术发展和自媒体平台兴起,网络空间中的狂欢每天都在上演,网络狂欢事件就是其中一种形式。[方法/过程]选取"洛阳交警西安抓贼反被关"这一网络狂欢事件,通过内容分析发现,网络狂欢事件演绎路径是按照"狂欢节"从开始到高潮最终结束的逻辑顺序分阶段层层递进。网络空间中权威并没有消失,权威主体可以通过识别敏感事件进行事前预防,事中采取主动议程设置引导舆论,事后及时抽离的调控模式,将网络狂欢风险限制在网络空间之内。[结果/结论]网络狂欢事件是现实社会矛盾的反映,只有解决现实矛盾才能使"狂欢节"真正落幕。[ Purpose/Significance] Along with the development of Intemet technology and the rise of the ＂we-media＂ platform, the ey- berspaee carnivals stage every day, of which online carnival event is one important form. [ Method/Process] This paper selects ＂A police- man from Luoyang catching thief in Xi＇an got locked-up instead in Xi＇an＂ event as a eyberspaee carnival event to study, through content analysis, it is found that deductive path of online carnival event to phase progressive layers is in accordance with the logical order of a typi- cal ＂Carnival＂ from the beginning to the end of the final climax. Meanwhile, authority still find its presence in cyberspace, it can do pre- vention by identifying sensitive events, guiding public opinion by active agenda-setting in the process of events, and leaving in a timely manner in the end. [ Result/Conclusion ] Online carnival event is a reflection of the real contradictions in society in nature though, so it is important to solve the real contradictions just to end ＂Carnival＂.
