摘  要:通过对一起10 kV配电线路断线事故相关器材的检验,检验结果表明,断落导线的电气性能、机械性能及铝单丝的主要杂质元素含量均符合相关标准要求,故障绝缘子经孔隙性试验有渗透(吸红)现象,瓷片材料不符合相关标准要求。绝缘子的质量对配电线路的正常运行具有重要作用。由于瓷绝缘子孔隙处电场分布集中,局部能量过高将导致瓷质逐渐烧熔塑化,进而丧失绝缘强度。故障线路处于保护的盲区,发生单相接地故障后未能及时切除故障,在长时间在短路电流的作用下,架空导线逐渐发热、熔化,最终导致断线事故。此外,针对现行的物资采购流程,提出了小型电力器材不宜采用捆绑式招标、招标与评标人员应充分了解器材相关标准、中标器材应进行入库后上网前的质量抽检等加强瓷绝缘子的入网质量检验的具体对策。According to the inspection on related devices from a broken-wire accident of 10 kV transmission line system, the electrical and mechanical properties of the broken line, as well as the main impurity elements in aluminum filaments, can meet the requirements of the relevant standards. However, through the porosity test, the failure insulator had penetration phenomenon, which presented red inside, so the porcelain materials didn't meet the requirements. Actually, the quality of insulators played an important role in the normal running of distribution power system. Due to the concentrated electric field distribution at the gap, high local energy of porcelain insulators results in scorification and plastify, followed by the loss of insulating strength. The faulted line was in the blind zone of protection, so it was failed to cut off the fault quickly. Then for a long time, the effect of short-circuit current lead up to the heating and melting of the wire, and finally caused the failure. In view of the current procurement process, some conc porcelain insulator have been put and ev'aluators should be acquaint after stockinz and before using. rete countermeasures for strengthening the quality inspection of the forward. Tied tenders are not applicable for small devices; tenderers ed with the relevant standards; bid-winner devices should be spot test
