摘 要:以抽屉窑为代表的间歇式窑炉进行过一级余热回收后其烟气排放温度在100~250℃之间,有较大利用的价值。但间歇式窑炉的工作特点使得其烟气的各项指标波动较大,从而加大了进一步利用其中携带的余热资源的难度。处理不好还可能得不偿失。为此我公司开发了针对间歇式窑炉群的低品位余热资源的深度利用系统。该系统将窑炉、余热回收系统和干燥器整体考虑,用计算机技术将之前经过一级热回收后就由各座窑炉分散排放掉的烟气自动集中采集.经适当调配后做为等静压坯体干燥室的热源。用于等静压坯体的保温干燥。并重新设计了既能利用余热能又利用电能的混和双能源干燥室,以取代之前普遍采用的电加热干燥室。这种以窑炉烟气余热为主要能源的等静压坯体干燥的方法为抽屉式窑炉烟气余热深度开发利用探索出了一条新路子。The temperature of flue gas between 100-250℃ exhausted from the intermissive kilns group is very useful for energy conservation. But each feature of the flue gas is not steady because the kilns work intermittently, it's difficult to recycle the waste heat. A system to recover the low-grade heat resource from the intermissive kilns group is developed. The system includes the kilns, the waste heat recovery system and the driers. It automatically gathers the flue gas exhausted from the each kilns after the first grade recycle by computer technology. It's as heat resource for the drying rooms after certainly distributing, and a new drying room structure both using waste heat and electricity is designed, instead of normal electrical drying room. This is a new project that using waste heating to dry the semi-finished product after isostatic pressing.
