摘  要:针对PLC、DCS、ESD、FGS等系统的RS485通讯端口,设计一款RS-485通讯的电涌保护器。主要目的是防止通道电缆、通道线引入的暂态电磁干扰(感应雷电电涌、开关操作电涌等),导致电子系统、通讯端口的损坏而造成数据丢失。对IEC标准中指定的雷电波形进行频谱函数分析,得出雷电波振幅和能量在频段的分布。详细阐述抑制电涌电路的具体设计方案以及多级防护中元器件参数匹配的选择。通过理论计算与试验表明:该SPD具有抗电涌冲击能力强、电压保护水平低、插入损耗小等特点。最后结合现场应用,提出防雷接地布局建议,提高防雷系统的整体水平。Specific to the PLC,DCS,ESD,FGS and other systems with RS485 communication interface, design a RS-485 communication surge protective device. The main purpose is to prevent the transient electromagnetic interference from cable and the channel line, such as induced lightning surges, switching operation surges, which causes data loss lead by the damage of electronic system and communication port. According to the spectrum analysis on the IEC standard lightning waveform, it shows lightning wave amplitude and energy distribution in the band. A particular design for surge suppression circuit and the selection in matching parameters of multi-level protection component are elaborated. Through the theoretical calculation and experiment it shows that SPD has a strong anti surge ability, low voltage protection level, low cut-off frequency and so on. Finally, combining with the field application, a layout recommendation of grounding lightning protection are proposed to improve the level of lightning protection system.
