摘 要:探讨分析新疆机采棉品质发展的现状。以棉花HVI测试大数据为依据,分别从棉花品种、采摘方式、轧花清理道数和轧花锯片类型4个方面对棉花性能进行比较分析,在此基础上计算出纺纱一致性系数。结果表明:棉花品种对纺纱性能影响最大,其次是轧花锯片类型,而轧花清理道数及采摘方式对棉花纺纱性能影响并不显著。认为:从总体质量上讲,机采方式较手采方式有明显差距,培育适宜机采棉的优良品种是发展和提升机采棉品质的关键。The development status of Xinjiang machine picked cotton quality was analyzed. Cotton HVI test data were used as basis. Cotton properties were compared and analyzed from four aspects as cotton variety, pick- ing up method,ginning & cleaning times and ginning saw blade types. Spinning consistence coefficient was calcu- lated based on the four aspects. The test results show that cotton variety has the biggest effect on yarn properties, ginning saw blade type is the next. The ginning & cleaning times and picking up method have no significant influ ence on cotton yarn properties. It is considered that there is obvious differences between machine picked cotton and manual picked cotton from the overall quality. Cultivating excellent variety, which is suitable for machine picking method, is the key to develop and improve the quality of machine picked cotton.
