棉花颜色级在纺织配棉中的应用

摘　　要：探讨棉花新标准中颜色级在纺织配棉中的应用问题。为了积极贯彻执行2012棉花新标准,经过2年的运行实践,结合原棉采购、配棉及质量控制等方面,总结整理出一套原棉颜色级在纺织企业配棉方面的实施方法,并对配棉步骤和方法、配棉中的注意问题做了详细的介绍,同时根据实际应用情况就颜色级配棉方面提出了一些建议。认为:此配棉方法科学可行,可供有关纺织厂在原料配用时参考。Application problems of color grade in textile cotton assorting according to new cotton standard were discussed. In order to positively implement 2012 cotton new standard,a serial of implement methods for raw cotton color grade in cotton assorting were summarized combined raw cotton purchasing, cotton assorting, quality controlling and so on after 2 years operation practice. The procedure and method of cotton assorting, the problems needed to be noticed in cotton assorting were introduced in detail. Meanwhile, suggestions about color grade in cotton assorting were put forward based on practical application situation. It is considered that the cotton assorting method is feasible. It can be referred for cotton assorting in textile mills.
