摘 要:利用甲壳素纤维、海藻纤维和桑皮纤维来加工医用抗菌功能纱线。介绍了甲壳素纤维、海藻纤维、桑皮纤维的性能特点。通过优化工艺配置及采取相应的技术措施,将3种纤维纺制成甲壳素纤维/海藻纤维/桑皮纤维40/30/30 16.5tex混纺抗菌纱,并对抗菌性能进行了对比测试。结果显示:该混纺纱对大肠杆菌的抑菌率大于80%,优于甲壳素/海藻/棉40/30/30混纺纱。认为:甲壳素纤维海藻纤维桑皮纤维混纺纱具有优异的抗菌、抑菌性能,适合做抗菌医用纱线。Medical antibacterial functional yarns were produced by chitosan fiber,alginate fiber and mulberry fiber. The properties of chitosan fiber, alginate fiber and mulberry fiber were introduced. By the optimization of processing configuration and adopting relative technology measures, chitosan fiber/alginate fiber/mulberry fiber 40/30/30 16.5 rex blended antibacterial yarn was spun. The antibacterial property was compared and tested. The results show that the antibacterial rate of the blended yarn for escherichia coli is larger than 80% ,which is better than that of chitosan fiber/alginate fiber/cotton 40/30/30 blended yarn. It is considered that chitosan fiber/algi- nate fiber/mulberry fiber blended yarn has excellent bacteria resistance and bacteriostasis property. It is suitable to be used as antibacterial medical yarn.
