纺舒弹丝纤维盖板针布的开发及其梳理效果

摘　　要：探讨纺舒弹丝纤维盖板针布的开发及其梳理效果。为了满足用户对提高舒弹丝梳理质量的要求,根据舒弹丝纤维在梳理和成纱质量中存在的问题,结合混纺纤维的性能,开发了MCB40SD型、MCH40SD型两种新型盖板针布,并制定试验方案,进行了莱赛尔舒弹丝混纺纱对比试验。结果表明:对于舒弹丝含量40%的混纺纱,适宜用MCB40SD型盖板针布;对于舒弹丝含量30%的混纺纱,适宜用MCH40SD型盖板针布。认为:应合理确定混纺纱中舒弹丝的含量,并根据舒弹丝的含量选用适宜的新型号盖板针布。The development of flat card clothing for Shutansi spinning and its carding effect were discussed. In order to meet the requirement of user for the improvement of Shutansi carding quality, MCB40SD and MCH40SD type flat card clothing were developed combining blended fibers properties according to the quality problems in carding and spinning Shutansi. Test scheme was made. Comparison tests for Lycell/Shutansi blended yarn were conducted. The test results show that MCB40SD flat card clothing is suitable for blended yarn with 40G Shutansi content. For blended yarn with 30G Shutansi content, MCH40SD flat card clothing is better. It is considered that the content of Shutansi should be reasonably defined. Suitable new type flat card clothing should be selected according to the content of Shutansi.
