摘　　要：总结TD 8-600型并条机的使用实践。介绍了该型并条机的主要性能特点、工艺参数选择、机器调校和指标检测方法、质量分析和工艺优化过程、质量管理方面应该注意的问题等。通过生产实践,所生产条子的长短片段不匀率达到了公司内控质量标准要求。认为:TD 8-600型并条机性能稳定、操作简便,可提供在线检测和质量数据,能较好地满足高品质纱线的生产。The application practice of TD 8-600 drawing frame was summarized. The main characteristics of the drawing frame were introduced as well as technology parameter selection, machine adjustment and index test method, quality analyses and process optimization procedure, problems should be noticed in quality management and so on. During production practice, the irregularity of long-term and short-term of the sliver can be matched with the requirement of company internal quality standard. It is considered that TD 8-600 drawing frame is stable, is easier to operate,can provide online test and quality data. The production of high quality yarn can be better sat- isfied.
