摘　　要：总结BTZS-10AF-GH型蒸纱机的使用经验。介绍了BTZS-10AF-GH型蒸纱机的六大系统功能以及低温汽蒸流程。列举了该机使用过程出现的常见故障,分析了故障产生的原因,提出了具体的排除方法。认为:提高设备维修人员的知识结构和维修技能,及时排出故障,做好设备保养工作是用好该设备的关键。The application experience of BTZS-10AF-GHyarn steaming machine was summarized. Six system functions and lower temperature steaming procedure of BTZS-10AF-GH yarn steaming machine were introduced. The common faults during the application of the machine were listed. The causes were analyzed. The elimination methods were put forward. It is considered that the key to well use the machine includes improving the knowledge structure and maintenance skill of equipment maintenance personnel, eliminating faults in time and well managing the maintenance of machine.
