摘 要:探讨细号粘胶绉布的生产要点。分析了粘胶绉布的生产难点;介绍了经纬纱质量指标;络筒工序采用美斯丹690型空气捻接器,控制捻接质量,降低纱线接头疵点数;通过优选浆料配方,减少了PVA的用量;针对粘胶纱的特点,优选了浆纱工艺;对纬纱进行热定形后,其质量得到了一定的提高;织造工序,对经位置线、上机张力、开口时间等进行了调整;最终生产顺利进行,织机效率达到92%以上,入库一等品率达到99.5%以上。认为:针对粘胶强捻纱进行工艺优化,可以保证产品的顺利生产。The key points of fine viscose were discussed. The production difficulties of viscose were analyzed. Warp and weft quality indexes were introduced. Mesdan 690 air splicer was adopted in winding process. Splicing quality was controlled and defect quantity of yarn splicing was reduced. By the optimization of sizing instruction, PVA usage was decreased. According to the property of viscose yarn, sizing processing was optimized. Weft quali- ty was improved after heat setting. In weaving process, parameters including warp shed line, loom tension, shed timing and so on were adjusted. Finally, the production was successful. Loom efficiency was reached above 92 and first grade percentage put in storage was above 99.5 %. It is considered that successful production can be en sured aimed at technology optimization of viscose hard twist yarn.
