集聚纺纱技术的应用浅析

摘　　要：探讨集聚纺纱技术的应用状况。阐述了集聚纺的主要形式、技术特点以及产品开发的方向,对比分析了负压式和机械式两种集聚纺与传统环锭纺的成纱质量,并举例计算了投资回收期。说明集聚纺可明显提高成纱质量,具有降低原料、浆料成本,提高织机效率,投资收益较高、回收期较短等优势,同时也存在能源和机配件消耗增加、环境要求较高、管理难度增加等问题。认为,应从企业实际出发,合理选择集聚纺形式,注重产品开发,以获得良好的投资和运行效益。The application status of condensed spinning technology was discussed. The main form, technology characteristics,advantages ＆ disadvantages of condensed spinning and direction of product development were in- troduced. The yarn quality of two kinds of condensed spinning including negative pressure type and mechanical type together with traditional ring spinning were compared and analyzed. The period for return on investment was calculated as examples. It shows that condensed spinning can obviously improve the yarn quality. It has advantages as reducing raw material and size mixture cost, increasing loom efficiency, with higher investment income, with shorter recovery period and so on. Meanwhile, it shows problems including the increase of energy and machine- parts consumption,higher environment requirement,enlarging of management difficulties and so on. It is consid ered that the form of condensed spinning should be reasonably selected from the reality of enterprises. Product de- velopment should be noticed to obtain better investment and running benefit.
