中国农民工工资:概念澄清与数据核准

摘　　要：整理中国农民工工资资料对于劳动力市场研究具有重要的学术价值与现实意义。立足于国家统计局农调总队和农业部固定观察点的公开资料,从概念澄清和统计口径出发,识别和筛选现有资料,对中国农民工工资进行匡算,发现国家统计局的农民工统计口径经历了较大变化。另外,使用全国固定观察点来衡量农民工工资可能是次优选择,但至少能够对农民工工资变动趋势给出全景的认识。A systematic collection and organization of Chinese migrant workers is important in the labor market research. Based on the data from the national bureau of statistics Nong Diao team and the Ministry of Agriculture fixed observation points,this paper gives a quantitative estimation on the level and evolution of migration workers＇ wages. The study shows that,compared with different statistical caliber and definition in the data from National Bureau of Statistics,it is the second best choice to take a full picture on Chinese migrant workers＇ wage employing the data from the Ministry of Agriculture fixed observation points.
