摘　　要：[目的]了解昆明市娱乐场所暗娼健康状况、保健服务需求及利用现状，以及她们的心理健康状况。[方法]2013年2—3月采用匿名调查表对昆明市不同工作场所的239名暗娼进行问卷调查和访谈。[结果]239名暗娼妇科病患病率为57．7％，多为阴道炎。不同文化程度的分组中，各组间差异有统计学意义。不同年龄分组中，以／〉51岁组患病率最高，其次为31～40岁组，结果显示差异有统计学意义。97％的人出现过异常生理情况，多为月经周期异常；保健服务的需求中，对艾滋病检测的需求率最高，其次为阴道镜检查和白带检查；利用率最高的临床检查项目为白带检查，为73．2％；心理健康状况较差，多存在无价值感和无望感，有心理问题也多无倾诉的渠道；对妇科病知识及避孕知识的知晓率较低。[结论]与其他城市的暗娼相比，昆明市暗娼的妇科病情况较为相似，她们对保健服务的需求较高，但利用率相对较低，自我健康的保护意识较差，心理健康状况有待改善。Objective To understand the health status, utilization current situation, health service demand and mental health of illicit prostitutes in entertainment places in Kunming. Methods Questionnaire surveyed and interviewed to 239 illicit prostitutes from Feb. to Mar. in 2013 by a- nonymous questionnaire. Results The gynecological disease prevalence rate was 57.7%, most of them were kysthitis. There was statistically sig- nificant in different education background. In different age groups, prevalence rate was highest in age ~〉51 years old, the second was between 31 -40 years old. The result showed there was statistically significant. 97% of them appeared abnormal physiological conditions, it was abnor- mal menstrual cycle. In health service demand, HIV testing demand rate was the highest, followed was colposcopy and leucorrhea examinatiorL The highest utilization rate of clinical examination project was leucorrhea examination （73.2%） . Mental health status was poor, they had worthless and hopelessness sense, and had no way to talk. Their awareness rate of gynaecopathia and contraceptive knowledge was low. Conclusions Compare with other cities, gynaecopathia of illicit prostitutes in Kunming are more similar. They have higher demand for health servlees but the utilization rate is relatively low, the protection consciousness of self health is poor, and the mental health status of them needs to be improved.
