孕晚期妇女焦虑状况及其影响因素分析

摘　　要：[目的]探讨孕晚期妇女焦虑状况及其影响因素，为提高孕晚期妇女心理健康水平提供依据。[方法]采用自行设计调查问卷及焦虑自评量表（SAS）对昆明医科大学第二附属医院190例孕晚期（28～41周）住院妇女进行现场调查。[结果]190例孕晚期妇女焦虑阳性检出率17．9％，其中轻度焦虑23人（占12．1％），中度焦虑8人（占4．2％），重度焦虑3人，（占1．6％）。单因素分析发现：不同职业、学历、家庭收入、是否为独生子女的孕妇焦虑有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；多重线性分析显示影响孕妇出现焦虑的因素有：学历、对小孩的喜欢程度、受孕方式。[结论]孕晚期妇女的焦虑状况比正常人明显，阳性检出率比中国常模高，且影响因素是多方面的，必要时应采取相应的心理干预，以确保孕晚期妇女顺利分娩。Objective To investigate the anxiety status and influencing factors of pregnant women in later period so as to provide basis for impro- ving the level of pregnancy women＇s mental health. Methods 190 cases of late pregnancy women （28 -41 weeks） were enrolled in our study and evaluated with selfdesigned questionnaire and selfrating of anxiety scale （SAS） in the second affiliated hospital of kunming medical university. Results The positive rate of anxiety was 17.9% in 190 pregnant women, including mild anxiety was 23 （ 12. 1% ）, moderate anxiety was 8 people （4. 2% ）, severe anxiety was 3 （ 1.6% ） . Univariate analysis showed that there was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ） in different occupation, education, family income and only child or not. Multiple linear analysis showed that education, the degree of love children and type of pregnant were the influencing factors of pregnant women experience anxiety. Conclusions The anxiety status was more obvious than the normal, and the positive rate was higher than Chinese norm, influence factors are various. Take appropriate psychological intervention if necessary in order to ensure the smooth delivery of late pregnant women.
