摘　　要：目的:探讨蒲地蓝消炎片中黄芩苷的含量测定方法。方法:利用高效液相色谱法对蒲地蓝消炎片中黄芩苷的含量测定进行测定。结果:黄芩苷的线性范围为0.422~16.88μg,R^2=0.9999,加样回收率为95.03%~101.1%(RSD=1.99%)。结论:建立的方法更简便、准确、易控,可用于蒲地蓝片中黄芩苷的含量测定。HPLC was used to determine the content of baicalin to control amount of Scutellaria baicalensis in the Pudilanxiaoyan Tabelet. The content of baicalin range between 0. 422 to 16. 88 wg, R2 = 0. 9999, the recovery range from 95.03to 101.1%. The method is quick, sensitive and repeatable for determination of the content of baicilin of Pudilanxiaoyan Tablet.
