耳穴压豆联合足三里穴位注射在肿瘤化疗副反应30例中的应用

摘　　要：目的:观察耳穴压豆联合足三里穴位注射减轻肿瘤化疗副反应的效果。方法:选取肿瘤化疗患者60例,依据治疗方式不同进行临床分组,A组(常规化疗)30例和B组(耳穴压豆联合足三里穴位注射+常规化疗)30例。观察两组患者恶心程度、呕吐程度、呕吐持续的时间和副反应总控制率情况。结果:B组肿瘤化疗患者恶心程度、呕吐程度、呕吐持续的时间和副反应总控制率均优于A组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:耳穴压豆联合足三里穴位注射减轻肿瘤化疗副反应总控制率明显,值得临床推广应用。Objective To approach result of decreasing acupoint injection tumor chemotherapy by ear beans pressure and tsusanli acupuncture point acupoint injection. Methods The 60 cases clinical data of tumor chemotherapy patients were divided into two groups, A group （ conventional chemotherapy） 30 cases and B group （ear beans pressure and tsusanli acupuncture point acupoint injection ＋ conventional chemotherapy） 30 cases. The degree of nausea degree of vomiting duration of the vomiting and adverse event total control of two groups patients were detected. Results The degree of nausea degree of vomiting duration of the vomiting and adverse event total control of B group tumor chemotherapy patients were better than A group, the difference was statistical significance （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The total control of decreasing tumor chemotherapy by ear beans pressure and tsusanli acupuncture point acupoint injection is obviously, which is worhty of chnical opplication.
