摘  要:由于传统换流器产生较多的谐波,消耗大量无功功率,以及功率器件开关损耗较大,为实现大功率换流器的软开关技术、谐波含量降低和单位功率因数运行,提出一种基于直流纹波注入技术的重注入式电流变换技术,它同时具有多电平、软开关和谐波消除的优点。它在传统12脉波换流器的基础上增加了电流重注入回路,构成多电平电流重注入电流型换流器(multilevel current reinjection current source convertor,MLCR-CSC)。文中首先介绍了MLCR-CSC拓扑结构,构建了零电流关断(zero current switching,ZCS)、理想注入波形产生和降低谐波的数学模型。接着,在Matlab/Simulink环境下进行仿真,结果表明该拓扑结构在基波周期内有6个电流过零点,实现了ZCS;总谐波畸变率(total harmonic distortion,THD)低于4%;实现单位功率因数运行;不同电平数重注入电流的结构零电流脉宽可以调节。文章最后搭建了1 MW换流器实验平台,验证了理论分析的可行性。Because of more harmonics, heavy reactive power consumption and switching losses for traditional convertors, in order to realize soft switching, harmonic elimination and unity power factor operation, this paper presents a reinjection current conversion technology based on DC ripple reinjection technology, featured with multilevel, soft switching, and harmonic elimination. It adds multilevel current reinjection circuit to traditional 12 pulses convertor, therefore named multilevel current reinjection current source convertor(MLCR-CSC). This article presents topology of MLCR-CSC, builds mathematical model of zero current switching(ZCS) for generating ideal reinjection current and reducing harmonic. Matlab/Simulink simulation results show that there are six zero current pulses for every fundamental wave cycle which realizes ZCS, its THD is lower than 4%, achieves unity power factor operation, and zero current pulse width is adjustable for different levels of reinjection current. Finally, test results in 1 MW convertor platform verify feasibility of theoretical research.
