摘  要:目的建立小儿清热片中栀子苷和龙胆苦苷的含量测定方法。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法(RPHPLC),Diamonsil C18柱,甲醇-0.1%磷酸水溶液(21:79)为流动相,流速1.0 m L/min,检测波长254 nm,柱温为室温。结果栀子苷在6.32~126.4μg/m L范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9998),平均回收率为100.9%,方法精密度(RSD)为0.76%(n=6);龙胆苦苷在2.04~40.8μg/m L范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9997),平均回收率为100.1%,RSD为0.84%(n=6)。结论该法可用于小儿清热片中栀子苷和龙胆苦苷的含量测定。Objective To establish a method for determination of geniposide and gentiopicroside in Xiao' er Qingre Tablets. Methods A RP-HPLC method was established. The chromatographic column was Diamonsil C18. The mobile phase was a mixture of methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid (21:79, v/v). The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, and the detection wavelength was 254 nm. Results The linear range of geniposide was 6.32-126.4 μg/mL (t=0.9998). The average recovery for geniposide was 100.6 %, with RSD of 0.76 % (n=6). The linear range of gentiopicroside was 2.04-40.8 μg/mL (r=0.9997). The average recovery for gentiopicroside was 100.1%, with RSD of 0.84 % (n=6). Conclusion The method can be used for quantitative determination of the preparation.
