超声造影在腮腺结核诊断中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨超声造影在腮腺结核诊断中的应用价值。方法对25例经病理证实的腮腺结核常规声像图及超声造影表现进行回顾性分析和总结。结果 25例腮腺结核中,21例为腮腺淋巴结结核,4例为腮腺实质结核。腮腺淋巴结结核常规声像图表现为腮腺内低回声结节,边界清晰;腮腺实质结核表现为腮腺弥漫性增大,回声不均。根据超声造影表现将腮腺淋巴结结核分为2型:环状增强型(18/21,85.7%)、不均匀增强型(3/21,14.3%),以环状增强型为主;腮腺实质结核超声造影表现为不均匀增强(4/4,100%)。结论超声造影能够显示腮腺结核血供特点,对腮腺结核诊断具有一定应用价值。Objective To investigate the application value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound（CEUS）in patients with parotid tuberculosis.Methods The ultrasound and CEUS images of 25 patients with parotid tuberculosis confirmed by pathology were retrospectively analyzed and summarized.Results 21 cases of 25 parotid tuberculosis were lymph node tuberculosis in gland,4cases were gland parenchyma tuberculosis.With conventional ultrasound parotid lymph node tuberculosis showed hypoecho node with a clear edge in parotid gland and gland parenchyma tuberculosis showed gland diffuse enlargement and heterogeneous.According to the CEUS parotid lymph node tuberculosis can be divided into the 2types：ring-enhancement（18/21,85.7%）and heterogeneous enhancement（3/21,14.3%）,the type of ring-enhancement is more common,Parotid gland parenchyma tuberculosis performance for heterogeneous enhancement（4/4,100%）in CEUS.Conclusions CEUS,which can display the characteristics of blood supply of parotid tuberculosis,has application value in the diagnosis of parotid tuberculosis in a certain extent.
