摘　　要：目的探讨超声检查在肿瘤样钙质沉着症的应用价值。方法对7例经病理证实的肿瘤样钙质沉着症的超声图像表现进行系统回顾分析及总结,并结合以往文献对本病的病因、发生、超声图像特征及诊断进行综合分析。结果 7例患者超声图像表现为实性强、低或混合回声团块,内部可伴有钙化灶或液化区。彩色多普勒血流显示团块未见明显血流信号。结论肿瘤样钙质沉着症超声图像有一定特征性,对其诊断具有一定应用价值。Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of the ultrasonic imaging characteristics of tumoral calcinosis.Methods The ultrasonic images of 7cases with pathologically confirmed tumoral calcinosis were analyzed and summarized,and combined with the previous literature,the cause of the disease,the occurrence of ultrasound image features and diagnosis were analyzed comprehensively.Results In 7patients,ultrasound images showed a solid,low or mixed echo mass,which can be accompanied by calcification or liquefaction.Color Doppler blood flow showed no obvious blood flow signal.Conclusions The ultrasonic image of tumoral calcinosis has certain characteristic,and has certain application value for its diagnosis.
