摘  要:介绍了中石化巴陵石化企业己内酰胺废水深度处理工程的设计及运行情况,采用深度过滤预处理与HPOD系统联合工艺对巴陵石化己内酰胺生产废水进行深度处理。近一年的工程运行结果表明,系统出水水质稳定,COD≤60 mg/L,色度≤50倍,满足《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)一级B排放要求;同时也验证了HPOD系统对低浓度高难降解有机废水处理的高效稳定性。The design and operation of caprolactam wastewater advanced treatment project were in- troduced. The combined process of filtration pretreatment and HPOD systems was used for advanced treat- ment of caprolactam wastewater. The results of operation for more than one year showed that the effluent quality of the system was stable, and the effluent COD and color were less than or equal 60 mg/L and 50 times respectively, which met the first level B criteria specified in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant (GB 18918 -2002). The efficiency and stability of HPOD sys- tem in treatment of low-strength refractory organic wastewater were verified.
