摘 要:我国现况污水厂提标改造为再生水厂势在必行,占地面积受限成为污水厂普遍面临的问题,新建再生水厂也同样面临用地紧张的局面。分析了北京市城区八座再生水厂的占地情况,发现再生水厂占地面积与处理规模呈较好的线性相关性,绿化和道路为再生水厂占地的重要组成部分,所有水处理工艺中占地面积最大的建(构)筑物均为生物池。根据分析结果,建议综合采用节地的处理工艺减小生物池占地,通过建(构)筑物一体化和建综合管廊压缩建(构)筑物间距,在满足生产和消防的前提下减小道路宽度和合理绿化等多种方式节约厂区占地。It is imperative to reform waste water treatment plants to reclaimed water plants, while the limited area is the challenging problem, which is also faced by proposed new reclaimed water plants. The layout analysis of eight reclaimed water plants in Beijing was carried out, and the results showed that the area showed good linear relationship with the treatment capacity, while the planting and roads were in great area of the reclaimed water plants. Biological tank was the biggest structure in all the reclaimed wa- ter plants no matter what the sewage treatment process was. Based on the conclusions, it was advised that multiple methods should be utilized simultaneously to reduce the area of the plants, such as using sewage treatment process with land saving to cut down the area of biological tank, constructing integrated struc- tures and utility tunnels to reduce the spacing between structures, reducing road width while meeting the needs of production and fire control, and reasonable planting.
