摘 要:本文提出了动式吸入染毒实验装置,采用微量注射泵以恒定速度发生汽化污染物的方式对染毒装置进行改进;实现污染物浓度动态控制,并对甲苯的浓度控制进行了实验测试,以验证该方法的可行性。结果发现:1)染毒柜内甲苯浓度与微量注射泵的注射速度成显著一次线性关系,并且拟合得出的排风量与实测排风量比值A=1.031,误差为3.1%;2)染毒柜内甲苯浓度平均变化范围与其小时平均值的百分比在±9%左右,由此得出该实验装置可以精确控制调节甲苯浓度。A new dynamic inhalation exposure device was invented in the text. The new device includes a micro-injection pump, which is used to vaporize the toxic liquid by the constant injection speed. By using the new method, it is easier to control the contaminant concentration level. Besides, experiments were carried to verify whether it is feasibility on toluene. The results are that: 1) the toluene concentration in the exposure chamber has a significant linear relationship with the injection speed of micro-injection pump. Moreover, the ratio of EAVF(exhaust air volume calculated by the fitting) and EAVM(exhaust air volume measured in the experiment) is 1.031, and the relative error is3.1%. 2) The average of toluene concentration changes in the range of the mean ±9%. The result of the experiment verifies that the new device can control the toluene concentration accurately.
