膨胀混凝土不同自由膨胀率测试方法的对比分析

摘　　要：当前膨胀混凝土自由膨胀率的测试方法多采用接触式方法,手段单一,难以实现膨胀混凝土自由膨胀率全龄期的、准确的测量。根据对多种"接触式"和"非接触式"测试方法优缺点对比分析,采取"多测试手段结合"、"全龄期监测"的试验测试方法,研究在3种不同的结合方式下膨胀混凝土的自由膨胀率测试结果并分析其准确性,为准确测量膨胀混凝土的自由膨胀率提供依据。Currently,the free expansion ratio test method of expansive concrete is not perfect and the contact method is more used yet with finite accuracy. Then the test analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of a variety of ＂contact＂and ＂non-contact＂method,and discovered that it is difficult to realize the full age measurements of expansive concrete accurately with single test method. Thus,the test adopted the ＂multiple testing methods combination＂and ＂full age monitoring＂test method. The research is done with the free expansion ratio test in three different combination methods,analyzing of its accuracy,and providing the basis for accurate measurement of the free expansion ratio of expansive concrete.
