摘  要:青岛国际航运中心项目钢结构外框柱安装过程中,构件最大水平吊装距离达85m,就位点超出塔式起重机吊重范围,且局部楼层外框柱无法分节,限于塔式起重机工况,局部外框柱无法正常起吊就位。通过利用现场已有资源,以大型动臂式塔式起重机L500为主,平臂式塔式起重机TC6010为辅助,利用倒链及缆风绳牵引,安全顺利地完成抬吊任务。对现场施工条件以及大级差塔式起重机抬吊难点进行分析,详细阐述施工可行性方案及安全控制要点。In the steel frame column installation process of Qingdao International Shipping Center project,the max horizontal component lifting distance is 85 meters,beyond the tower crane lifting range and part of columns cannot be segmented. Limited to working condition of tower crane,partial frame columns cannot be normal hoisting. Through the use of the existing resources in the field,with luffing jib tower crane L500 and tower crane TC6010 as auxiliary and the use of chain and cable wind rope traction,lifting tasks are safely smoothly finished. The construction site conditions and differentials crane lift hanging difficulties are analyzed and the feasibility of construction scheme and safety control points are expounded in detail.
