摘　　要：地理国情监测是测绘部门主动服务科学发展的重要职责和战略任务。本文对陕西省地理国(省)情监测试点的成果进行了系统分析,针对成果管理的需求,结合时空数据库的研究技术,提出了地理国(省)情监测时空数据库建设的技术路线,并对数据库进行了模型设计、概念设计、逻辑设计及管理平台设计。National Geographic Conditions Monitoring is an important duty and a strategic task for surveying and mapping departments to proactively provide servers and scientifically develop. This article mainly analyses the data product of National Geographic Condi- tions Monitoring of Shaanxi province and proposes the technical route of building the spatio - temporal database of National Geographic Conditions Monitoring for the demand on managing data products. It also introduces the model design, the concept design, the logical design and the management platform design of the spatio - temporal database.
