摘　　要：面对竞争相当激烈的测绘市场,从传统的人事管理向人力资源管理转变,是顺应社会发展的必然趋势。利用先进成熟的计算机、网络、数据库及通信等技术建立一个"准确、及时、标准、高效、安全"的人力资源管理系统,是实现测绘事业单位人力资源优化和管理信息化的重要途径,有效地提高了人力资源管理人员的工作效率。In the face of the fierce competition in surveying and mapping market, the transform from traditional personnel management to human resource management is the inevitable trend of social development. It＇s an important way to achieve the optimization of human resources and the informatization of management in surveying and mapping institution, and effectively improve the efficiency of human resource management by establishing a ＂accurate, timely, standard, efficient and safe＂ human resource management system with ad- vanced computer, network, database and communication technology.
