Objective To explore the clinical effect of multiple sets ring match method and improved Kessler method in repairing finger deep flexor tendon rupture. Methods 82 patients with finger deep flexor tendon rupture in traumatology department of our hospital from December 2010 to December 2014 were selected. They were divided into study group and control group by digital single and double labeling method, with 41 cases in each group. The study group was used multiple sets ring match method, the control group was used improved Kessler method. The clinical effects in two groups was compared. Results The number of wounded finger flexion function recovery well, postoperative tendon adhesion leaded to restrict finger and postoperative wounded finger fracture again(37 cases,3 cases and 1 case) in study group were better than those of control group(21 cases,12 cases and 8 cases). The total excellence rate of clinical effect in study group was 90.24%,which was higher than 73.17% of control group, and the difference was statistical significance(P〈0.05). Conclusion Multiple sets ring match method has a ideal effect in repairing finger deep flexor tendon rupture. It is safe and reliable and worth to popularize.
