“消臌贴膏”联合肝病治疗仪治疗肝硬化门脉高压疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察"消臌贴膏"在肝区外敷联合肝病治疗仪照射治疗肝硬化门脉高压的的临床疗效。方法:60例肝硬化住院患者完全随机分为治疗组、对照组,每组患者各30例。治疗组是在西医常规治疗基础上给予"消臌贴膏"肝区外敷联合DSG-Ⅰ型肝病治疗仪治疗;对照组是在西医常规对症支持治疗基础上单独使用DSG-Ⅰ型肝病治疗仪治疗。治疗前后运用彩色多普勒观察门脉血流动力学的变化,并观察患者的主要症状量化积分变化和临床总疗效情况,以1个月为1个疗程。结果:两组经治疗后,治疗组门静脉主干内径、血流速度及门脉血流量改善程度优于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05);治疗组在改善胁痛、腹胀、倦怠乏力、小便发黄、身目发黄症状方面有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05),但食欲、睡眠症状无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组总有效率93.3%,对照组70%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:"消臌贴膏"联合肝病治疗仪治疗肝硬化门脉高压,比单纯运用肝病治疗仪更能有效地减轻肝硬化患者的临床症状,降低门脉高压、促进门静脉血液循环,且简易价廉,无不良反应。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of improving clinical symptoms of liver cirrhosis treated by Xiaogu Plaster combined with medical instrument on hepatic diseases. Methods： All 60 liver cirrhosis inpatients which were randomly divided into two groups： treatment group and control group and each group had 30 cases. Treatment group on the basis of usual supportive Western medicine treatment,used Xiaogu Plaster combined with medical instrument on hepatic diseases. Control group on the basis of usual supportive Western medicine treatment,used medical instrument on hepatic diseases. The hemodynamic changes in portal veins were observed by color Doppler ultrasonograph and the total clinical curative effect and TCM symptoms quantitative integral were observed for a month,too. Results： Compared with control group,the improving of portal venous diameter,flow velocity of blood and its blood flow had very significant differences after treatment in treatment group（ P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）. Improving pain of liver area,abdominal distension,languid,urine,skin and sclera yellowing in treatment group had significant differences（ P〈0. 01 or P〈0. 05）,but there were no significant differences of appetite and sleep symptoms（ P〈0.05）. Treatment group＇s total effective rate was 93.3% and control group＇s 70%. It had statistical significance comparing the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Using Xiaogu Plaster combined with medical instrument on hepatic diseases to treat liver cirrhosis can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and better reduce the portal hypertension and promote the blood circulation of portal vein,which are better than simply using medical instrument on hepatic diseases. It provides a simple,cheap,safe and effective external treatment of TCM to the clinical treatment of liver cirrhosis.
