摘 要:采用销盘式摩擦副,在干滑动摩擦条件下,结合OM、SEM结果,探讨稀土添加量和滑移速度对合金摩擦磨损行为的影响,结果表明,稀土添加量为0.6%时,铝合金的耐磨性达到较好状态,而在相同的稀土添加量条件下,随着滑移速度的增大,磨损率有所增大,而摩擦系数有所减小。不同实验条件表现出的磨损机制也不同,滑移速度恒定200 r·min-1时,ADC12基体和0.9%稀土铝合金主要为疲劳磨损、剥层磨损以及热软化磨损,0.6%稀土铝合金表现为稳定的磨粒磨损为主,而0.3%添加量的合金则为三体磨粒磨损。固定稀土含量为0.6%时,在滑移速度较小的100 r·min-1前提下,稀土合金以剥离磨损为主要磨损机制,150 r·min-1条件下则以三体磨损为主要磨损机制。The influence of rare earth and sliding speed on the friction and wear characteristics of ADC12 alloy were studied by using a pin- on- disc configuration and integrating the results with OM and SEM under dry sliding friction conditions.The results show that the alloy can reach a good state of resisting abrasion as rare earth addition is 0. 6%,the rate of wearing and tearing increases and the friction coefficient reduces with the increasing slippery velocity. When the constant slippery speed keeps at 200 r·min- 1,the alloy with 0. 9% of rare earth and ADC12 matrix mainly present fatigue,delamination and thermal softening wear,alloy with 0. 6% of rare earth shows the stable abrasive wear,and the alloy with 0. 3% of rare earth exhibits three- body abrasive wear. Under the circumstance that the fixed rare earth content keeps at 0. 6% and the sliding speed maintains at less than 100 r·min- 1,delamination abrasion is the main wear mechanism while the main wear mechanisms adapt to the three- body abrasion under the condition of 150 r·min- 1.
