摘  要:采用硫酸化焙烧—酸浸工艺从汽车失效催化剂中同时浸出回收铈、锆、镧,分别选取固液比、浸出时间、浸出酸度三个主要影响浸出的因素。在单因素条件实验结果基础上,采用响应曲面法优化浸出条件。实验结果表明,铈和镧的浸出影响因子的显著顺序为:固液比>酸度>浸出时间,锆的浸出影响显著性顺序为:酸度>浸出时间>固液比,优化后的最佳工艺条件为液固比9∶1,常温浸出3 h,浸出液酸度[H+]为0.6 mol/L,铈、锆、镧浸出率分别可达到:Ce 92%、La 99.3%、Zr 81%,实际值与预测值偏差较小,说明响应曲面法优化回收铈、锆、镧的模型准确有效。Cerium,lanthanum and zirconium were leached from spent automobile catalyst by sulfation roasting- acid leaching. The effects of solid- liquid ratio,leaching time,leaching acidity on leaching rates of cerium,zirconium and lanthanum were investigated. The response surface methodology was used to optimize the leaching conditions based on the experimental results of univariate conditions. The results demonstrate that the significance factors effecting leaching of cerium and lanthanum are in the order of solid- liquid ratio,leaching acidity and leaching time,and the significance factors effecting leaching of zirconium are in the order of leaching acidity,leaching time and solid- liquid ratio. The optimized conditions are solid- liquid ratio 9∶ 1,leaching for 3 hours at room temperature,leaching acidity 0. 6mol · L- 1,the leaching rates are 92% for Ce,99. 3% for La and 81% for Zr. As the deviation of actual and predicted values is small,which means that the models of response surface methodology is accurate and effective for recycling cerium,zirconiumand lanthanum.
