摘 要:研究了65%高品位混合型稀土精矿新型碱法工艺中水的高效利用,采用逆流洗涤—过滤淋洗技术对碱分解工序后碱浆进行水洗除杂,对用水量、搅拌、水洗温度及水洗过程进行了深入研究,该技术不但高效利用了水资源,处理每吨精矿用水量仅为7吨,水洗次数仅为4次,处理效率提高了70%,而且氢氧化钠、氟和磷除去率大于98%,90%富集于第一次水洗液中,有利于综合回收高价值盐类。In this paper the efficient use of water in the new alkaline process of 65% high- grade mixed rare earth concentrate was studied by using countercurrent washing- filtration technology to remove the impurity in the leaching alkaline slurry which was produced in the process of alkaline decomposition. The in- depth research on amount of water,stirring,washing temperature and washing process was conducted. It is found that,by using this technology,handling per ton of ore only needs seven tons of water and washing for 4 times,the processing efficiency improved by 70%,the removal rate of sodium hydroxide,fluorine and phosphorus is greater than 98%,90% of the removal elements were enriched in the first wash water,and this is good for recycling the valuable salts. This makes a significant contribution to a resource- saving and environment- friendly production.
