摘　　要：针对稀土交易定价问题的市场状态、稀土交易价格、稀土市场交易机制、稀土定价权等问题进行了综述研究。针对中国的稀土交易定价问题的未来研究内容提出了如下建议:应系统研究稀土交易定价机制的现状及存在的问题、其它资源类商品交易定价机制对稀土的借鉴作用、稀土交易定价机制改革的要求和目标、稀土交易定价机制问题的解决途径等。The reasonable pricing mechanism of rare earth was significant for the sustainable and healthy development of rare earth industry. The paper made some research reviews focused on rare earth pricing,including the state of market,bargain price,trading mechanism and rare earth pricing power. Some suggestions on rare earth pricing were made. The future research contents as suggested were as follows： the situations and pricing mechanism of rare earth,the reference of pricing mechanism of other resource products to rare earth,the requirements and objectives of reformation in pricing mechanism of rare earth and solution of pricing problem of rare earth.
