凝胶注射兔耳行软组织增量的效果评价

摘　　要：目的对凝胶注射于兔耳行软组织增量的效果进行量化评价。方法在兔耳上分别注射透明质酸钠凝胶0.05 ml、0.10 ml及0.15 ml,每组6个样本,用三维轮廓扫描仪扫描建模后测量注射区软组织增量的体积,并在注射区的矢状剖面上测量记录软组织增量的高度。结果注射量0.05 ml、0.10 ml及0.15 ml的样本软组织增量体积均值分别为57.277 mm3、106.785 mm3和129.686 mm3,软组织增量高度的均值分别为2.300 mm、2.797 mm和2.890 mm。结论应用兔耳作为注射型软组织填充材料研究动物模型时,0.05~0.10 ml是一个适当的注射量范围。Objective To quantify the tissue augmentation in the rabbit ear after the injection of gel fillings. Methods The ears of rabbits were injected with gel fillings in a volume of 0. 05,0. 10,0. 15 ml,and each group of 6 samples. The volumes of the tissue augmentation in the graft sites were detected by 3D optical scanner. The heights of the tissue augmentation in the sagittal sections were measured. Results The mean volumes of the tissue augmentation with injection of 0. 05,0. 10,0. 15 ml were 57. 277 mm3,106. 785 mm3 and 129. 686mm3,and the mean heights were 2. 300 mm,2. 797 mm,2. 890 mm,respectively. Conclusions 0. 05 ~ 0. 10 ml is an optimal injection volume range to evaluate the tissue augmentation in the rabbit ear after the injection of gel fillings.
