摘　　要：目的探讨爱罗咳喘宁口服液对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)大鼠血清白细胞介素(IL)-6、IL-8的影响。方法雄性SD大鼠60只随机分为正常组、模型组、西药组、中药大剂量组、中药中剂量组、中药小剂量组,每组10只。采用2次气管内注入脂多糖加烟熏造模后,给予对应处理后测定各组大鼠血清IL-6、IL-8的含量。结果模型组大鼠血清IL-6、IL-8显著高于正常组,经用爱罗咳喘宁口服液治疗后,血清IL-6、IL-8明显下降,与模型组比较差异显著。结论爱罗咳喘宁口服液治疗COPD的作用机制可能与降低IL-6、IL-8水平有关。Objective To study the effect of Ailuokechuanning oral liquid on interleukin（ IL）-6 and IL-8 in experimental rats＇ serums with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（ COPD）. Methods 60 SD male rats were randomly divided into normal control,model,Ailuokechuanning oral liquid（ 5,10,20 ml·kg- 1·d- 1）,Zhikejuhong syrup control groups. COPD models were established by pouring lipopolysacchride（ LPS） into trachea and putting rats into smoking environment twice a day. Levels of IL-6 and IL-8 in serum of rats were measured.Results The levels of IL-6,IL-8 in rats＇ serum of the model group were significantly higher than those in normal control group. The levels of IL-6,IL-8 of the rats treated with Ailuokechuanning oral liquid significantly decreased. Conclusions The mechanism of Ailuokechuanning oral liquid for treatment of COPD may be related to the inhibition of IL-6 and IL-8.
