摘  要:目的:建立川芎-天麻药对中天麻素、天麻苷元、阿魏酸和藁本内酯4种成分的含量测定方法。方法:采用Inertsil ODS-3色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相甲醇-0.05%磷酸水梯度洗脱,检测波长220 nm(天麻素、天麻苷元),320 nm(阿魏酸、藁本内酯),柱温25℃,流速1.0 m L·min-1。结果:4种效应成分分离度良好,标准曲线在检测范围内线性关系良好,天麻素、天麻苷元、阿魏酸和藁本内酯的平均回收率分别为104.0%,103.4%,100.6%,101.8%,RSD分别为0.4%,0.5%,4.5%,2.6%。结论:该方法简便、精密度、重复性好,可用于川芎-天麻药对中4种效应成分的含量测定。Objective: To establish a method for the content determination of gastrodin, 4-hydroxybenzyi aicohol,ferulic acid and ligustilide in extracts of Ligusticumc chuanxiong-Gastrodia elata. Method:The determination was performed on Inertsil ODS-3 chromatographic column( 4. 6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm) with mobile phase of methanol-0. 05% phosphoric acid for gradient elute,at the flow rate of 1. 0 m L·min- 1. The detection wavelength was set at 220 nm( gastrodin,4-hydroxybenzyi aicohol),320 nm( ferulic acid,ligustilide)and column temperature was 25 ℃. Result: The four compounds were well separated and showed good linearity within the concentration ranges tested. Their average recovery rate was 104. 0%,103. 4%,100. 6% and 101. 8%for gastrodin,4-hydroxybenzyi aicohol,ferulic acid and ligustilide; and RSD of the above four components was0. 4%,0. 5%,4. 5% and 2. 6%,respectively. Conclusion: This method is simple,precise and repeatable,and it can be used to determine the four active components in Ligusticumc chuanxiong-Gastrodia elata.
